A young Ethiopian-American creative in Los Angeles learns of his estranged father’s death and must decide whether to return to Ethiopia to bury him. Upon returning home, he finds his cousin throwing a party and encounters his ex, sparking chaos. As he tries to reconnect with her, he reflects on his father. Ultimately, he and his ex part ways, and he is forced to make a decision about his father’s burial.
