Somewhere in Metro Manila a money trail starts off with two pickpockets who struggle to make ends meet. The money then goes through a change of hands – a small time crime boss expanding his reach, a low level corrupt government official still hung up on an ex-lover, and the ex-lover in need of money to cure her sick child. All these people’s lives are connected not only by money but also through an endless loop of corruption and despair.
