Larry, a bored and lonely retiree, spends his days sitting in his alley to deter crime, but mainly he is just passing time. One night Larry spots a teenage girl, Chase, smoking in the alley. Chase confronts Larry. Flustered, he lies and tells her that he recently witnessed a stabbing. Though initially skeptical, Chase becomes Larry’s accomplice and they work together to track down the “suspect”.
